aboutus
Triangle Mindfulness offers classes that teach the fundamentals of Mindfulness and the Science of Happiness and well-being. The result is happier and more emotionally-regulated kids, enhanced academic and athletic performance and more peaceful parenting and households.
Mindfulness means paying attention, on purpose, to whatever is going on in the present moment. This includes noticing our thoughts, emotions and environment around us. Mindfulness has been shown to be effective for reducing stress, improving emotional balance and resilience, increasing self-awareness, helping with anxiety and depression, and coping more effectively with chronic pain.
